    • Water Heater
  • Flood coverage covers personal property such as:
    • Clothing, furniture, and electronic equipment
    • Curtains
    • Window AC units
    • Portable microwaves and dishwashers
    • Washer/dryers
    • Freezer and frozen food
    • Up to $2,500 in valuable, such as art and furs* (*Please note that personal possessions claims are paid on actual cash value – not what you paid for them.)
  • Homeowner’s Insurance pays for losses and damage to your property if something unexpected happens such as a fire.
  • Homeowner’s insurance is the most essential insurance from a personal and financial perspective.
